Refund & Return Policy

At RefurbLaptops.in, we aim to provide high-quality refurbished laptops. Due to the nature of refurbished products, our return and refund policy is limited but customer-friendly.

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

• Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)

• Wrong product delivered

• Major functional defect not matching product description

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

• Physical damage after delivery (cracks, dents, liquid damage)

• Minor scratches or cosmetic wear (expected in refurbished products)

• Battery backup complaints

• Software-related issues (OS, drivers, viruses)

• Change of mind after purchase

• Compatibility issues with user requirements

• Eligible returns will be processed as replacement only, not direct refunds in most cases.

• Replacement will be: Same model OR Equivalent configuration

• Replacement will be provided within 3–7 working days after inspection.

Refunds will be issued only if: Replacement is not available, Product is out of stock, or Issue cannot be resolved.

Refund details:

• Processed within 5–10 working days

• Refunded to original payment method

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team within 3 days

2. Share invoice and issue details (photos/video proof may be required)

3. Bring the product to our service center OR request pickup (if available)

• All returned products will undergo inspection

• If the issue is not valid under policy, the product will be returned to the customer

• Pickup service may be available in Bengaluru

• Outside Bengaluru: customer must ship the product safely

• We are not responsible for damage during return shipping

• Product must be returned with: Original charger, Invoice, Proper packaging

Missing items may lead to rejection of return.

• After 3 days of delivery, all issues will be handled under Warranty Policy only

• Return/Refund will not be applicable after this period

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
